This sweet regular customer is damn nice, she said she doesn't go for the look of the cake. Most importantly is the taste, hence she is fine with the no-steam baked chiffons. (meaning, the chiffons will be a little brownish).
See the Steam Baked version here. You get the naked look, very fresh green colour. Some like brown, some like naked. i like the taste =p haha! for decoration / designed chiffons, of cuz the steam baked chiffons will be best. I'm still figuring out the best naked look chiffons. this is in case my oven died on me.
