Marble Butter Cake
Recipe adapted from Mrs Ng SK
Have yet to cut up to see how is the swirl like. This cake is meant for prayer for my late dad on CNY eve. Because the prayer has to be in the morning, so i made this earlier to pass to my mum. She has to wake up midnight to start cooking for my dad's prayer. We pray he is doing fine, we know he is watching over us in the heaven.

Butter Cake
After servicing the oven, this was the first time i bake. Mrs Ng's famous fluffy butter cake. I was super worried that i couldn't bake any cake for my late dad's birthday (21 Jan).
I'm in love with the embossed square on top.. hehehe and this round the cake is very squarish. This is what i have been trying to bake.
on side note, Mrstanthebakingmama will start to take orders for cakes. However, due to the nature of chiffons (which i steam bake), i have to take less order like before. this is to prevent my oven from "falling sick again" I really appreciate you guys for your kind order all these while.

Melty Butter Cookies
If my memory did not fail me, the recipe was adapted from Cynthia Neo.
100g Salted Butter
(i used the tin Golden Churn)
25g Icing Sugar
45g Plain Flour
30g Bread Flour
25g Rice Flour
Bake in pre heated oven at 160 deg C (top bottom heat), rack 2 for my oven.
15~18mins

Matcha Chiffon 23cm
my last successful chiffon before the oven decided to take a break.
i personally find this second attempt matcha abit on the heavy side. it could be slight underbaked.
see my first attempt here, the chiffons were light and fluffy.
oh well, i'm just waiting for the servicing of my oven later this week.
mrstanthebakingmama is not taking Chiffon Orders for now until further notice.

Pandan Chiffon 18cm
This was when i started to realise that my oven has problem. No matter how many times i bake chiffons, all failed. Either got waistline or it dropped out from pan before de-paning it, or it shrank when cooling down. i am just so sad. =(
The above pandan chiffon was the "managed to pull through" bake.. LOL
though pass, but still has some funny shape.
