I used minced chicken, marinated with oyster sauce, sesame oil, hua diao wine.

All i can say is, using lard oil makes the food tastier. But of cuz don't over consume.

Ingredients:

2 litre water

2 cubes of Knorr Chicken cubes

1 long fish cake

1 pack of fish ball (those with water) - somehow taste better

some lettuce

Pork Lard and oil for fragrance

400g to 600g Mee Tai Bak

Dip:

Chilli Padi

Light Soy Sauce
