Almond Florentine
We were home quite early and i saw the packet of almond slices and decided to bake almond florentine. At the same time, i need to clear the florentine flour cuz it's going to expire in October.

Almond Florentines
I forgot this recipe was from who:
100g almond sliced
70g florentines (can be found in phoon huat)
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven 170 deg C (fan mode)
Bake in preheated oven for 6mins

Almond Florentine

This is one of the easiest bake i ever tried. I just buy the florentine flour from Phoon Huat and Almond sliced.
