I just found out that wet market stalls are mostly closed on Mondays. Haha! 

I got my premium beef cubes from Isetan instead. 

Ingredients:

Red Onion

Celery 

Carrot 

Beef Chucks

Tomato

Rosemary

I omitted red wine as i don't have it and added radish and celery. 

The beef is super tender! Hubby commented that the sauce is similar to samurai burger sauce. haha!
