CNY Friends Gathering

We hosted a mini CNY gathering party for our close friends today. 

The menu for today is:

5. Grilled Pork Ribs

(fyi this ribs were grilled in oven for TWO solid hours! meat was so soft that the bone even slipped out where transferring to the plate)

6. Garlic Butter Seafood Platter

(Mussels, Clams, Cheese Sausage, Prawns - the rostrum, also known as the "beak", the pointy sharp portion were cut off.. this is to ensure no one gets hurt while eating. =p )
