One Pot Chicken Casserole

Dinner tonight!

It was Diana Gale's recipehttp://thedomesticgoddesswannabe.com/2016/08/simple-one-pot-chicken-casserole/ - One Pot Chicken Casserole.
I modify slightly:

Ingredients:
5 Chicken Thigh, bone in and de-skin
500ml Chicken Stock (i used Swanson)
1 Bowl of water (it was the kids ikea bowl)
Carrots
Potatoes

Method:
1. Seasoned Chicken Thighs with salt, slightly.
2. Pan Fry slightly with my Tefal Non Stick 24cm Stock Pot.
3. Add in 2 Tbsp of Prima Plain Flour.
4. Add 500ml of Chicken Stock, bring it to boil.
5. Add in cut Carrots and Potatoes.
6. Dashes of Lawry's spice.
7. Cover lid, let it boil for about 40mins. (i like soft tender chicken)
