Ultra Soft, Fudgy Choco Bread Loaf

Bread dough adapted from My Mind Patch. Because not every eats multigrains at home, hence i invented choco coverture bread loaf. wala! result was superb. Not only the bread is soft, the melted choco is so shiok!

Steps:


After 1hr 30mins of kneading from my bread machine.

spread enough chocolate coverture (milk)

proof in oven at 50 deg C to 60 deg C for 40min~45mins

after proofing, the dough will expand in size

egg washed it and bake in preheated oven, 170 deg C for 20~25mins
