After servicing the oven, this was the first time i bake. Mrs Ng's famous fluffy butter cake. I was super worried that i couldn't bake any cake for my late dad's birthday (21 Jan).
I'm in love with the embossed square on top.. hehehe and this round the cake is very squarish. This is what i have been trying to bake.
on side note, Mrstanthebakingmama will start to take orders for cakes. However, due to the nature of chiffons (which i steam bake), i have to take less order like before. this is to prevent my oven from "falling sick again" I really appreciate you guys for your kind order all these while.
