If my memory did not fail me, the recipe was adapted from Cynthia Neo.
100g Salted Butter
(i used the tin Golden Churn)
25g Icing Sugar
45g Plain Flour
30g Bread Flour
25g Rice Flour
Bake in pre heated oven at 160 deg C (top bottom heat), rack 2 for my oven.
15~18mins
