my last successful chiffon before the oven decided to take a break.
i personally find this second attempt matcha abit on the heavy side. it could be slight underbaked.
see my first attempt here, the chiffons were light and fluffy.
oh well, i'm just waiting for the servicing of my oven later this week.
mrstanthebakingmama is not taking Chiffon Orders for now until further notice.
