Parmesan Cheese Chiffon

Did not cook today, and because those eggs sitting in the kitchen are aging so i decided to bake.
Here's my new bake from Jeannie Tay. Thanks for the recipe, it's really soft and nice.

it hit almost 8.5cm tall

and is very fluffy =)
