Pork Floss Bun

After good feedback on my hotdog buns, i decided to try pork floss bun. 
As usual, i used this recipe for the buns. Using my Bread Machine to knead the dough. This round i double up the dough size, in order to make more buns. =)

Proofing in 50 deg C oven for 40mins. As this was my first time making so much buns, i was a little worried that all the buns will not proof evenly, so i proofed for 50mins but i switched the tray (hence the extra 5mins)

preheating the oven to 180 Deg C... (testing my oven thermometer)

10mins into baking

tada~ final product. same comments: nice, just add more mayo and pork floss.. hahah
