Personally i prefer the Red colour, But because my current house's kitchen haven't gone through renovation, to be on the safe side, I took the almond cream. I'm not sure what my future kitchen's colour theme going to be.

i bought additional bowl (for hassle free in making chiffon, as chiffon requires to beat yolk batter and meringue separately. i might consider in getting extra whisk..)
