Copycat Jenny Biscuit

100g salted butter (i used golden churn)
25g icing sugar
45g wheat flour (i used plain flour)
30g bread flour
25g rice flour

- combine and fold well
- Bake at 160 Deg C fir around 15 to 18 mins, depending on your oven.
