baked a 19cm and 23cm Pandan Chiffon. The 23cm was a little dense. Couldn't estimate the timing properly. But the 19cm was perfectly alright. may i shouldn't short cut by baking different size pan. Shall try both 19cm next round.
initial 15mins
was on leave today and i did alot of things. 2 loads of washing, cooked prawn mee, baked 2 pandan chiffon, etc.
chilling at ah huat before heading to GHK. The kids were playing Scissors, Paper, Stone.
While the kids were in school, the mummies had hot date lunch at Westgate, Sushi Express.
Before dinner, our kids met up to play at the playground.
It was a very fulfilling off day. I felt i fully utilised my day and not wasting it by being couch potato, watching tv, sleeping away. =p
