Today's "claypot chicken rice" is not as nice as the usual way i cook. Perhaps i need to learn how to use ninja for cooking this meal. On a side note, the chicken wings are super soft!

Braised Pork Belly
Pressure cook for 30mins and the meat was super soft.
I couldnt find the Seah brand braised, so i tried another brand (Song Fa) and it taste nice too.

Air crisp mode and it turns out damn crispy
After tonkatsu, i removed the basket and started making my Japanese curry in 5mins using pressure mode.

Herbal Chicken Soup
Using the Seah's Brand packet to cook this black chicken herbal soup. I have added red dates, scallops and goji berries to enhance the taste. Totally suits today's weather. *thumbs up*
Using the Ninja, i made this pot of gold within 20mins.
Very useful to me, even though i'm a stay home mum, but i have a part time admin job to do. So i'm so i'm considered a WFH mum ya. Other than my admin duties, i still have to teach the kids school work, chase them to practise piano etc.. On top of all these, I have have to do housework, go marketing..
Seems like no difference from my previous full time working life, probably the pay cut ALOT only..
Tried the air crisp mode for beancurd skin with prawn paste, turns out perfectly crispy!

Bak Kut Teh
Happy New Year everyone!
I am back in the kitchen since the Home Improvement Program last November. It was chaotic, hectic and frustrating dealing with the HIP officers.
Today i opened my new baby, Ninja Foodi OP300 (i chose this over OP350 for some reasons:
1. cheaper
2. some functions i really don't need it, how often i use them?
so for practicality, mummy and i went for this model)
Because it was my first time using the pressure cooker, i was afraid that the meat didn't cook thoroughly. So, i started cooking at around 10am. WALA, 25mins later not only the meat was fully cook, it was super soft and when i used a tong to "giap" it up, it slipped of the bone.
