Serves 4-6pax
Part A
200g black sticky (glutinous) rice
add water to 1300ml marking
2 pandan leaves, knotted
Part B
1cup coconut milk plus 1/2 tsp salt (mix well)
Method:
1. Rinse black sticky rice thoroughly until water turns clear. The colour will remain "black" / "purple" but it should look clear.
2. Add Part A into Song Cho Soup Maker.
3. Press MENU till STEW function, press START (about 40mins)
4. When the Soup Maker beeps, off power and open lid. Add sugar / rock sugar to taste.
5. Serve with a spoonful of Part B. If you like it creamier, add more.
