Creamy Mushroom Soup

Serves 3 to 4
Ingredients (A):
  • Mushroom 300g (dice into smaller pieces)
  • Onion 1pc (dice into small pieces)
  • Potato 100g (dice into cubes about 25x25x25mm)
  • Butter 20g
Ingredients (B):
  • Rice 50g (wash & drain)
  • Stock 400ml
  • Water as required
Steps:
  1. Wash and cut ingredients (A)
  2. Put *ingredients (A) into the Soup Maker, add rice and stock
  3. Add water up to between 1300ml to 1500ml mark
  4. Press MENU & select SOUP button
  5. After cooking program is done, open the Soup Maker, add salt or any preferred seasoning to taste
*Stir-fry the cut ingredients (A) before putting them into the jug can enhance the flavour of the soup.
