Rice Cooker's Claypot Rice


The Teo family kind of Rice Cooker's Claypot Rice.

Ingredients
14 Chicken Wings
1/2 packer of taiwan sausage 
5 shitake mushroom
2 cups of rice

Steps:
1. wash, marinate chicken wings overnight with oyster sauce, sesame sauce, dark soya sauce with a little water. (have more sauce for the rice)*
2. grilled wings and sausage in preheated oven at 210 deg C for 20mins
3. sliced the shitake, mix in together with the *sauce from marinating wings and rice.
4. when the rice is almost cooked, add in all the grilled ingredients and stir gently.
