Serves 3 to 4
Ingredients (A):
- Mushroom 300g (dice into smaller pieces)
- Onion 1pc (dice into small pieces)
- Potato 100g (dice into cubes about 25x25x25mm)
- Butter 20g
Ingredients (B):
- Rice 50g (wash & drain)
- Stock 400ml
- Water as required
Steps:
- Wash and cut ingredients (A)
- Put *ingredients (A) into the Soup Maker, add rice and stock
- Add water up to between 1300ml to 1500ml mark
- Press MENU & select SOUP button
- After cooking program is done, open the Soup Maker, add salt or any preferred seasoning to taste
*Stir-fry the cut ingredients (A) before putting them into the jug can enhance the flavour of the soup.
