To my Beloved Dad



This post is purely to my late Dad.
MrsTanTheBakingMama was founded in December 2015. I have never forgotten who taught me baking, thank you very much. Looking back, it has been a year from where i started.

What got me into baking was, my late Dad who was hospitalized from September 2015 to February 2016. His birthday is on 21 January and i really wanted to bake him something. As i couldn't bake fantastic cake, I made him Butter Cake with SMBC Swiss Meringue Buttercream (ps i have never passed making SMBC since)..


so happy that he enjoyed the simple yet baked with love buttercake.

Because he was the birthday boy, we brought him down to kopitiam for vegetarian bee hoon =)
