Rice Cooker "Claypot Rice"

My version of "claypot rice"

I chance upon this Cantonese Claypot Rice paste at NTUC: 
Amount of rice: approximately 3-4cups of rice 

1 pack of taiwan sausage (i couldn't find the cocktail, hence used the long ones and cut) 

Soak an estimated chinese mushroom and sliced

For the chicken i used Frangosul Mid wing because it was non bloody and unlike other brands' wings all stuck together. Marinate overnight with oyster sauce, sesame oil, hua diao jiu with a little dark sauce for "colouring" and some corn flour for smooth feel.





Cooking method:
Air Fry wings and sausage at 180 deg C for about 15-20mins
Pour in claypot seasoning with all ingredients, stir well and cook in rice cooker.
