After making the chocolate swiss roll, i have some requesting for matcha swiss roll and chiffon. And so happened i managed to get matcha powder.. Tada~ I was so afraid it will fail as it was my first attempt on Matcha Chiffon on 23cm tube pan (6eggs)
Recipe was adapted from Diana Gale.
However, the baking temperature i followed Susanne's method:
160 deg C - 20mins
140 deg C - 50mins

Do note that different oven works differently, hence the baking time varies =)
