Havent got time to blog. Today weather was cooling and we had instant Ichiran Ramen. 
Many people recommended, so we bought. heh!
And it turned out well!!

Bubur Pulut Hitam (Black Glutinous Rice) 黑糯米




Recipe from MrsTantheBakingMaMa
Serves 4-6pax

Part A
200g black sticky (glutinous) rice
add water to 1300ml marking
2 pandan leaves, knotted

Part B
1cup coconut milk plus 1/2 tsp salt (mix well)

Method:
1. Rinse black sticky rice thoroughly until water turns clear. The colour will remain "black" / "purple" but it should look clear.
2. Add Part A into Song Cho Soup Maker.
3. Press MENU till STEW function, press START (about 40mins)
4. When the Soup Maker beeps, off power and open lid. Add sugar / rock sugar to taste. 
5. Serve with a spoonful of Part B. If you like it creamier, add more.

Braised the chicken wings and shitake for an hour. Using water, dark sauce, soy sauce and rock sugar.

Because hubby has night lecture tonight, hence one pot meal save the day!
Fish bought from Chinatown Market with mum. So fresh and good. After buying this Sheng Yu, i dun buy batang for this dish anymore. hehe..

Teo Family Bee Hoon


Recipe
1 can of stew pork
add 1 can of water
plus a bit more water
3-4 bunches of dried bee hoon (A1 brand)
cabbage
dark sauce 
soy sauce to taste
fry till dry 

Serve with (opt)
shallots
cilantro
