Strawberry Chiffon 17cm

Happy Valentine's Day!
17cm Strawberry Chiffon

18cm
3 yolks

20g caster sugar
39g oil (i used rice bran oil)
37ml water
5ml vanilla essence (i changed to 1tsp strawberry paste)
60g cake flour
Pinch of salt

4 egg whites
1/4tsp cream of tar tar
45g caster sugar

160deg C - 15mins
140deg C - 30mins
(Baking time varies, depend on your oven)
