Adapted from Susanne NG 18cm 3 yolks 20g caster sugar 39g oil (i used rice bran oil) 37ml water 5ml vanilla essence (i changed to 1tsp strawberry paste) 60g cake flour Pinch of salt
4 egg whites 1/4tsp cream of tar tar 45g caster sugar
160deg C - 15mins 140deg C - 30mins (Baking time varies, depend on your oven)
It has been a while since i last baked Pandan Chiffon. This round i tried without steam bake with my new oven (birthday present from hubby), and got the brownish sides. =) i personally prefer the naked kind of chiffons. #mrstanthebakingmama is back from a short holiday.
