Homemade Sausage Muffin with Egg

English muffins with ham, cheese, egg and hash brown.

not forgetting english breakfast tea kosong!

Doraiyaki with Nutella

Made some doriayaki as breakfast today. 

It is known as "yummy bun" according to my kids.. haha

Canned Pork Fried Bee Hoon

1 can of pork
1 pack of bee hoon
dark sauce
soy sauce
can add cabbage

I added freezepak nugget which really tasted like MCD nugget, and taiwan sausage.
Cheat meal.

Fried Fish Thick Bee Hoon Soup

It is very rare for me to fry, moreover this is deep frying.
After doing this, i realised deep frying is not as scary as pan frying.
Anyway, i'm still afraid of the oil splattering sound.

Sausage wrapped in Prata

Easy breakfast using frozen prata skin. I used the Chinatown brand.
thawed a little then added kraft cheese and sausage.
Cut into 3 pieces.
Egg wash (one yolk +1 tsp milk / water)
Bake in preheated oven 200 deg C for around 20mins to 30mins.
I baked 25mins though.
