I was quite tired from work on saturday morning, hence only red rose =p
I used red milk tea instead of earl grey.

Sweet Milk Bread

It was suppose to be Sugar Twister Bread. I followed the recipe, dumped everything into my Bread Machine to do the work. Did egg wash the top. Overall the bread was very soft and yummy!

Copycat Jenny Biscuit

100g salted butter (i used golden churn)
25g icing sugar
45g wheat flour (i used plain flour)
30g bread flour
25g rice flour

- combine and fold well
- Bake at 160 Deg C fir around 15 to 18 mins, depending on your oven.

Hot Cross Buns

Basically i used the same sweet milk bun recipe and added cheese on top.

better sizes, a friend taught me to weigh the dough.. haha, the previous round i just agar all the way.

Dough proofing in oven at 50 Deg C.

sorry for the uneven buns, it was really my first time baking bread using oven.
